Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We ship using USPS for standard packages. We reserve the right to use other delivery companies if warranted. Some whips and other products require an oversized fee which will require additional shipping fees. We will contact you prior to billing/shipping if this is the case.

Some items will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and will be shipped using their standard method.

Carts and large items will be shipped Freight and will be charged accordingly.

Returns Information:

For health reasons we cannot accept returned bits.  Please make sure the size and style are correct for your horse.

We will gladly accept all other unused items.

If an item is defective or you are not satisfied with a product please contact us prior to returning the item.
